Privacy Policy

This policy explains what AskBundle collects, why, who receives it and the choices you have. If anything here is unclear, email support@askbundle.com.

Who we are

AskBundle is operated by Appnate Digital FZCO, a company registered in the United Arab Emirates, which is responsible for your data under this policy. For any question or request about your data, email support@askbundle.com.

What we collect

Account. Your email address. If you sign in with Google, Apple or Microsoft, also your name (and, from Google, your profile picture) — we ask those services only for your basic profile and email address, and Apple may give us a private relay address instead of your real one. If you set a password, we store only a scrambled (hashed) form of it, never the password itself.

What you put in. Your messages and chats, the files and images you upload, the images you generate, and the items you choose to save to Memory.

Usage and billing. Which models answered your messages and how much they used — needed for fair-use limits and billing — and your plan and subscription status.

Technical. Your IP address and basic browser information, used for security, rate limits and preventing abuse.

How we use it

To run AskBundle: send your message to a model and show you the answer, keep your chat history, process the files you attach, keep your account secure, prevent abuse, handle billing, and send service emails such as sign-in links, verification and billing notices.

We do not sell your data, we do not use your content to train AI models, and we do not run advertising or analytics trackers.

Who receives it

AI model providers. To answer a message, we send it — with the conversation context and any file you attach — through OpenRouter to the provider of the model that answers: the one you picked, the one Autopilot picked for you, or each model in a Compare. OpenRouter chooses the server that runs the model, which can be the model’s maker or a cloud company hosting it, and this can change from one request to the next. Every message goes with a no-training requirement: the provider may not use it to train models. OpenAI, Anthropic, Google and xAI may keep messages for a limited time under their own policies; every other provider is required to keep nothing — unless the model picker states a retention period before you choose that model.

Documents. To search long documents, we turn their text into numeric representations (embeddings) through OpenRouter, under the same no-training requirement.

Image generation. Your image prompt goes through OpenRouter to the provider of the image model, with the same no-training request.

Web search. When a web search runs, the search query goes to Tavily, our search provider. The no-retention requirement above applies to model providers, not to search.

Payments. Stripe processes payments for paid plans. Your card details go to Stripe directly; we never see or store your full card number.

Email. Resend delivers our emails, so it receives your email address and the content of those emails.

Hosting. Our servers, database and stored files run on Vultr in Frankfurt, Germany.

Sign-in providers. If you sign in with Google, Apple or Microsoft, that service confirms who you are to us under its own privacy policy. From it we receive only your name and email address, plus your profile picture from Google. We use them only to create your account, sign you in and contact you about the service; we never sell them, use them for advertising or share them beyond the services listed on this page.

Dictation. Voice input uses your browser’s own speech recognition. The audio never reaches our servers, but your browser’s maker (for example Google in Chrome or Apple in Safari) may process it under its own policy.

Where it is processed

Our servers and your stored data are in the EU (Frankfurt, Germany). Message content is processed by the provider of the model that answers, and OpenRouter, Stripe, Resend and Tavily operate in the United States and other countries — so your data is transferred outside the country you live in.

Security

Connections to AskBundle are encrypted (HTTPS). Your chats are stored on our servers and are not end-to-end encrypted: our systems can read them in order to run the service, and access is limited to what operating, securing and supporting it requires.

How long we keep it

Chats, files, images and Memory stay until you delete them or your account. Deleting a chat permanently erases its messages. In Settings you can delete all your chats or your whole account; deleting the account cancels any subscription first, then erases your chats, documents, images and Memory and ends your sign-in.

Billing and usage-accounting records are kept, without the content of your chats, because we are required to keep financial records. Copies of deleted data can remain in our server backups, which exist only to recover from failures and are not used for anything else. What model providers keep is described above.

Your choices and rights

You can view, rename and delete your chats, clear Memory and delete your account yourself in the app. To ask for a copy of your data, a correction, or anything you cannot do in the app, email support@askbundle.com. Exporting your data from inside the app is not available yet.

Depending on where you live, you may also have the right to object to or restrict how we use your data, and to complain to your data protection authority.

Cookies and local storage

We use only what the service needs: a sign-in cookie that keeps you signed in, a cookie that remembers your cookie choice (for about six months), and your browser’s local storage for preferences such as the theme. We use no analytics or advertising cookies today; if that changes, we will ask you first.

Age

AskBundle is for people aged 16 and over, and we do not knowingly collect data from anyone younger. If you believe someone under 16 has an account, email support@askbundle.com and we will delete it. Some models and image generation also ask you to confirm that you are 18 or older before you use them.

Changes

When this policy changes, we update the date at the top of this page. For significant changes, we will tell you in the app or by email. Our Terms of Use describe the rules for using AskBundle.
